Important Rental Information
Tip: To maximize your earning potential while renting The Photographer Studio, we suggest you book your clients during blocks of 4 or more hours on one day - not only does this allow you to obtain savings on your rental, but it also saves you travel time and streamlines your schedule!
Studio B
Studio B is essentially a blank slate, and are therefore suitable for a large variety of purposes including family sessions, large groups, fashion/pin-up, and smaller commercial projects.
Both studios feature laminate hardwood flooring and abundant natural light from our northeast-facing windows. An assortment of modern, antique, and unique furniture and accessories is available for you to customize the space for your session in a variety of themes from a simple seamless white backdrop to a room layered with luxurious textures and rich colours. With our array of furniture, it is also suitable for teaching workshops or hosting small events.
We also have lots of beautiful plants and something fun to shoot with in every corner .
Studio A - The Boudoir
The boudoir room is a beautiful studio and has a beautiful white claw tub included , a white chaise and peacock chair to complete your beautiful set .Please note that the tub is a prop and is not plumbed for use with water.
Inclusions and Restrictions
All bookings include the use of the waiting room, and common areas; multiple renters may be booked on the same day back to back and therefore all studios are reserved on confirmed bookings only, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment in full is required to confirm your booking, and your fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. For your reference here is our booking process :
All bookings must be requested through our booking button - once we receive your request, we will confirm the date, time and studio requested.
Once payment has been received, you are booked into the calendar.
Extras
Use of the draping, furniture, backdrop stands and continuous lights are included with your rental. A cleaning fee or replacement charge may be added for leaving studio untidy, heavily soiled or damaged furniture, props, fabrics/draping or vinyl backdrops. Seamless fabric backdrops can be rented for a flat fee of $10 per color .
You are welcome to bring your own lighting, props, and backdrops. The Photographer Studio reserves the right to charge security deposit on studio space rentals. Please book adequate time before and after your session to set up and tear down.
Cancellation policy
~ Monday-Friday ( non holiday ) bookings that are cancelled : 48 hours notice MUST be given , and must be re-booked on another weekday or put into a studio credit for future weekday use . NO Exceptions .
~ Saturday- Sunday and stat holiday bookings that are cancelled : NO studio credits are given . NO exceptions
Credits= moving to another date
* We do not refund on any bookings, due to holding these in the calendar for you and not being able to book anyone else in that spot *
* We also do not refund or credit for prepaid seamless backdrops *
